Olive Farm Visits
Mangawhai is becoming recognised as a premium olive-growing region. Award-winning producers Echo Valley Olives and Te Arai Oives both offer tours, tastings and door sales at their beautiful olive groves.

Mangawhai Museum
The Mangawhai Museum presents a unique opportunity to go back in time to meet the earliest pioneers of the area (many of their descendents are still actively involved with the Mangawhai community) and learn how they developed the area from wild bush country into lush dairy grazing.

Vineyard Visits
Local vineyard Lochiel Estate Vineyard conducts guided tours and tastings. Ask us about arranging a tour.

Art Tours
Throughout the year Mangawhai's thriving art community of painters, sculptors, muralists and ceramic artists open their doors as part of Art Tours. These present a wonderful opportunity to meet the artists and discuss their work with them as well as purchase unique pieces of New Zealand art. Ask us about when the next Art Tour is or about our many artists.
